This is the permanent David vs Goliath home for Paul S. Waugh’s continuing series of open letters to Catrin Nye. Each new letter will be linked here as the series develops, building a cumulative public record of the evidence, unanswered questions, human consequences of their life destruction campaigns and continuing demand for truth and repair.
The first open letter begins where every genuine David-and-Goliath confrontation begins: with a vast inequality of worldly power —and a refusal to surrender the truth.

The BBC possessed the money, reach, personnel, institutional protection and public authority to devote approximately five hours of programming to A Very British Cult. Lighthouse Global has documented more than 140 falsehoods, material omissions and distortions across that output. Yet the citizens placed on trial before millions were never given equivalent time, reach or resources to answer the complete case.
That is the Goliath institutionstructure exposed by this letter.
It records the consequences of a public identity manufactured at national scale: damaged names, livelihoods, relationships, health and future possibility; threats and hostility; severe psychological crises; and years spent trying to secure a meaningful route to correction.
It also records the repeated invitation Goliath will not accept: to b. Bring the allegations and their sources while. Lighthouse will brings the records. Then pPut the strongest claims into live, substantive examination and let the public see what survives.
Paul challenges the claim that a few controlled final words constituted a contrived “right to reply” after the story, production and timetable had already been constructed. He calls instead for an independently overseen response platform equivalent to the BBC’s five hours of output, distributed with proportionate reach. A right to reply ought to be in a response in full, not simply a few words before execution.
The letter reaches beyond one programme. It asks why such extraordinary resources were deployed against a small community conducting more than two decades of empirical research into the barriers preventing the optimal realisation of our God-given human potential. It asks why the period while three of our brothers were in court period was used to prepare further programming, rather than resolve the original false public record. And it identifies the wider danger to any citizen who can be publicly defined, isolated and destroyed by an institution that also controls the terms of reply.
The open letter is about the complete machinery of Life Destruction, and the determination to expose it peacefully, legally and publicly until truth, correction and repair become unavoidable.
Goliath’s advantage is scale. David’s strength is not stubbornness, retaliation or worldly force. It is the truth undergirded bybeneath the sovereignty of God.
