Whatever the BBC is planning in relation to Lighthouse, following Catrin Nye‘s recent slander-hunting trip to South Africa, you must know there is nothing you can do to prevent the inevitable exposure of her, your and the BBC’s crimes. The truth of the people whose lies and mental, emotional and sexual abuse you have given a platform to WILL come to light and in devastating ways for the BBC and for the careers and reputations of all those involved when it does.
We feel it important to let you know that a Family Court has deemed it worthy from the evidence they have seen thus far, to hold an official court hearing with regard to holding accountable *************, the ****** of ***************, for over 15 years of abuse, manipulation and coercive control of ***********.
This email is thus giving you notice, since, as has happened with previous cases, such as Rani Singh and David Mills, ********* will be required at the very least to remove all *** comments in any and all broadcasts and communications on social media and all involvement in any ongoing harassment of ************ directly or through the media. This is therefore warning you in advance of any broadcast that may be in motion. Should you pursue anything you will be held legally accountable.
The weight of evidence against the BBC and its sources in ‘A Very British Cult’ is extensive and is only going to increase as more and more comes to the public’s awareness. The real abusers here are the families of those who have been at Lighthouse because we are revealing their abuse, as has been shared all along.

You recently said in a Radio 4 interview about the culture at the BBC in light of its sexual harassment, bullying and paedophilia scandals in 2024 that “people need to speak up and everyone at every level needs to be heard”. Is that a fact Mr Davie, because as you well know, we have been speaking up and demanding to be heard outside of Broadcasting House for months now about the 140+ lies in the BBC abomination of lies, ‘A Very British Cult’ and the BBC’s silence and deliberate censorship of the truth regarding Lighthouse’s innocence. And we are far from alone. What about the thousands of Israelis who gathered in February at Broadcasting House regarding your coverage of the Israel/Hamas war? Where has your listening ear been in 2024 Mr Davie given you also told Radio 4 listeners that you are “a leader of the organisation and we’re here to serve”? The truth is, as many people are now seeing, is that these are empty words Mr Davie because the only people you truly serve are yourselves and the Deep State puppet masters behind the scenes who pull all your strings for you.
Even following the recent scandals of Jermaine Jenas’s sexual harassment, the bullying on Strictly Come Dancing and Huw Edwards’ conviction for possessing images of child sexual abuse, the fact you can’t afford to even begin to address what Catrin Nye, Jamie Bartlett, Ed Main, Ravin Sampat and Natalie Truswell have done to Lighthouse says it all. You most certainly do not serve the truth Mr Davie! In fact this just shows how much of an abomination of lies this pseudo-documentary hit-piece is and how revealing the truth and reality to this would be a fatal blow for the dying BBC right now. An age old decrepit institution that is desperately clinging on during the “last gasps of a dying medium”, as Joe Rogan has put it. You cannot afford to address your lies because they are so monumentally bad, the very future of the BBC is at stake if you do, not just your careers and reputations. We know this.

Far from improving the BBC is only getting worse. Fact! Indeed it is rotting so much from the inside out that the cracks are growing ever too large to conceal, as 2024 is showing and no amount of Propaganda spray is going to cover up the stench.
Believe us, we would love nothing more than to see genuine reform from you and the BBC Mr Davie, but while you so arrogantly ignore the truth and reality and run like rats from responsibility, your words are just cold and empty. Nothing more than spin and more propaganda that the British public are coming to realise in greater and greater numbers all the time. The British and global public are coming to see just how dispensable the truth is to you and the BBC, wherever it reveals who and what you really are and your lack of repentance with that.
The BBC ought to be a tremendous vehicle for good in the UK. It ought to support the work of organisations like Lighthouse, to support human learning, growth and development, to support people who need to distance themselves from abusive and toxic family members. Yet you can’t even keep things clean and healthy within your own house Mr Davie!!! The jugular questions you are avoiding are numerous. What are you doing about the chronic paedophilia in the BBC which evidently goes back to its very inception and Lord Reith sleeping with a 15 year old boy when he was 22? And what are you doing about the heinous lies and slander in A Very British Cult?

Time Only Proves the BBC’s Claims About Lighthouse Are empty and false
If Paul Waugh and Lighthouse are everything the BBC has claimed they are, then where is the genuine and sustainable proof of criminality Mr Davie? Where are the criminal proceedings against them? Where are the charges? There are none and you know there can be none because there never was any crime and everything your programme claimed is provably distorted, inflated, sensationalised, perverted, false or an outright lie. Even the so-called reporting of Lighthouse International Group being wound-up in the “public interest” failed to mention it was at our own request that the court wind the company up following the fact our copious and categoric amounts of evidence had been prevented from being addressed, to hide the fact the Insolvency Service’s petition was falsely triggered from the start, just like ‘A Very British Cult’. The Insolvency Service had to rely on a mere trumped up technicality at best to get the result that they did and they too, just like the BBC, are just as stuck for answers and scrambling to try and cover up their corruption after getting into bed with the same handful of lying and deceitful false accusers from Reddit. And all of this will come to light soon, because it is the truth Mr Davie.
In fact, your situation is so bad now Mr Davie that your so-called reporter, Catrin Nye, who herself boasted on her social media about going on a BBC ‘Hostile Environment and First Aid Training (HEFAT)’ course for the 4th time in June, which is “designed to prepare journalists to travel to places like war zones, natural disasters and to deal with unrest”, had to play the victim and force the arrest of three Lighthouse Associates for… trying to deliver a copy of the Bible and a letter to her… just to hide from being faced with the people she knows she had publicly slandered to millions and their peaceful accountability of her, which does not match the BBC’s desired narrative. A BBC employee who has herself ‘doorstepped’ numerous people herself it seems is incapable of undergoing the same scrutiny herself, claiming she was ‘afraid for her safety’. It is pathetic Mr Davie and the public will come to see straight through it all as the truth comes to light.
This situation only proves how desperate and determined the BBC are to maintain their dark fantasy narrative of the vindictive and lying sources they dug up on Reddit for ‘A Very British Cult’ that they would be willing to waste highly important Police resources on such an exercise, rather than accept the receipt of a letter and a Bible and perhaps a few questions. The BBC clearly needs to re-evaluate the value of its Hostile Environment and First Aid Training! But seriously, this is how desperate you and the BBC are to keep to your predetermined script, even when the truth and reality is so obvious and palpably contrary to it. Such is the BBC’s fear of facing the inconvenient truth that the BBC’s classic tactics are to cry wolf and play the victim because it’s all you know to do in order to try and distract away from those inconvenient truths and avoid being revealed and held accountable.

The Stark Contrast Of Lighthouse Compared To The BBC & Its Sources
In 20 years, since our inception in 2004, Lighthouse has not had ONE instance of criminality. That is even after extensive press and BBC coverage of what is really nothing more than a petty, vindictive and fabricated hate and smear campaign lifted from the paedophile infested gutter of Reddit, of all places. The more time moves on the worse A Very British Cult ages.
The BBC in its programme has acted on nothing but hearsay. Catrin Nye spent 18 months speaking only to people with resentment and malicious hearsay about Lighthouse and no meaningful or categoric proof of any of it. At best the BBC managed to use eerie music, dark lighting and some carefully manipulated recordings of Paul Waugh and others at Lighthouse, which were cut and presented entirely out of their true context to fool its audiences into a false conclusion, deceitfully omitting all the key mitigating details and facts that would expose how weak and baseless it all is. But that was the only means of appearing to back up the vindictive hearsay Ms Nye’s programme was based on.
And this doesn’t take much to educate the public on Mr Davie. For instance, why, if this were a genuine “investigation” did Catrin Nye and her BBC team prevent Lighthouse’s evidence from being heard and included in the programme? Why did the BBC reject Lighthouse’s requests to be involved in the programme, with Lighthouse providing full evidence (that would completely decimate all slanderous hearsay claims against us) to offer a fair and balanced case? Why have the BBC’s sources and those who have tried to destroy Paul and Lighthouse’s reputations not been given equal scrutiny? Does a courtroom only hear one side of a case and not allow the defence to present their evidence? Only a kangaroo court would do that while parading as a just and honest court. So why has the BBC acted in exactly that way while parading as objective impartial “investigators”? It is a sham Mr Davie, a very obvious farcical hit-piece disguised (badly) as factual ‘reporting’.
Just take a look at the people connected to this case and the fact that three family members have now been legitimately taken to court for harassment, with 2 of them having resulted in cross undertakings to cease their toxic and coercive behaviour and a fourth is now imminently pending.
Those cases are:
1. Rani Singh – Ex-BBC Actress and freelance BBC ‘journalist’
Attended the High Court hearing for Lighthouse International Group with Catrin Nye and has psychologically and coercively abused her two sons Jairaj and Sukhraj Singh during their childhood. More recently, in 2022, she abused her position on River Radio (which was shut down by Ofcom following our complaint) by broadcasting provable lies and smears about her sons and Lighthouse Global. Following the broadcast of the BBC’s “A Very British Cult”, Ms Singh went on to spread even more provable lies to millions of viewers on Andrew Gold’s Podcast “On The Edge”. She also used her profile on X.com (formerly Twitter) to continue spreading lies on other podcasts and harass Sukhraj with unwanted public messages to him. In July 2023, Wolverhampton County Court oversaw a court order preventing Ms Singh from making any public statements about her sons. The judge felt Ms Singh ought to have been able to handle this situation like an adult to ensure that it never needed to have been brought before a court and that she needed to treat her sons as adults, not as infantile dependents as she had been doing. This was extremely traumatic and distressing to Jairaj and Sukhraj, who both needed to medically sign off from their work temporarily. This was the first case of Lighthouse Partners having to hold their family members legally accountable, and the fact that it was the only course of action that got Ms Singh to stop lying about and harassing her own sons, proves how needed it was.

2. TANIA FRANCIS-Cruise
Sister of Lighthouse Global Associate Melissa Deichler began harassing Melissa about her involvement in Lighthouse while she was recovering from invasive surgery in her home. Melissa was in a very vulnerable and fragile state and in a great deal of pain. It was in this time that Tania, along with other members of Melissa’s family in particular, Melissa’s parents, that Tania Francis-Cruise began gaslighting and coercing Melissa to leave Lighthouse. When Melissa chose to get some space and recover in peace in a new home, Tania proceeded to make numerous uninvited visits to her home, making anonymous phone calls to her bank, stalking Melissa. It was a year later that it was discovered that Tania had been contributing to the online hate and smear campaign on Reddit while Melissa was convalescing in her home and in the very vulnerable state she was, post surgery. Her position as a solicitor meant Tania was very aware of how to not breach any police warnings or legal thresholds for harassment by not naming Melissa, however her involvement in the hate and smear campaign and the highly emotionally manipulative way she posted online made it clear she was targeting Melissa. It has only been through Mellissa standing up to her sister and seeking an injunction against her that Tania has appeared to cease her activity mainly out of fear her persistence would be detrimental to her legal career. The case appeared before Guildford Family Court November 2023.

3. DAVID MILLS
The brother of Lighthouse Global Associate James Mills cynically harassed and attempted to manipulate and coercively control his brother. He has attacked James for his Christian beliefs and faith, his significant efforts to heal from childhood trauma, mocking where he chose to live and who he chose to spend his time with, his financial circumstances, his life direction, his mistakes in life, his character and played a significant part in the hate and smear campaign that had a devastating impact on James’ health, wellbeing and income. In July 2024, Wolverhampton County Court oversaw a court order preventing Mr Mills from threatening violence, intimidating or harassing or even contacting his brother James. It was ordered that David Mills was to delete and remove all of his comments and mentions on X against James and to stop posting about James and anyone at Lighthouse on any media, including social media.

Due to appear in court following legal action by ******* ******* in October 2024 for *** continued involvement with Catrin Nye and the A Very British Cult smears which *** posted on social media that *** wanted to “keep in the news”. This follows a 15 year history of ******’s toxic and controlling behaviour against ******** following a vicious divorce from *** ****** which lasted 6 years, a case significant enough to have set a legal precedent.

A BBC Backed Hate & Smear Campaign
Add to the above the fact that the BBC labelled a blatantly vindictive and malicious coordinated hate and smear campaign on Reddit as “a community highly critical of Lighthouse”. However, given the facts and evidence anyone can quickly see this is deliberate misinformation. Just a glance at what went on in the Reddit forum, as well as in many posts on X will reveal a clear and present hatred and desire to smear and destroy Lighthouse. Amidst thousands of posts are many resentful, hateful, cynical, false, vile and hateful comments and statements against Lighthouse and its people, such as the following:

The Sheer Hypocrisy of the BBC
All of this is before we have even raised the issue of the BBC’s long history of convicted child sex abusers Mr Davie. To name but a few:
Jimmy Savile
Sexually abused 450 people, 328 of whom were minors between 1955 and 2009 (however these numbers are suspected to be much higher, some estimating over 1,000 victims). His crimes, which included the abuse of desperately ill children and necrophilia with corpses, were covered up by the BBC for decades and he died before his crimes were publicly exposed and criminal proceedings could be carried out.
Rolf Harris
Sentenced to five years and nine months in prison after being convicted on twelve counts of indecent assault on four female victims, who were between the ages of eight and nineteen at the time that the offences took place between the 1960s and 1980s.
Julie and Tony Wadsworth
Lured young boys, aged from 11 to 15, into sex with Julie Wadsworth while Tony Wadsworth acted as a “lookout”. Convicted in 2017 on nine charges of indecently assaulting six under-age boys and on five counts of outraging public decency and sentenced to five years in prison after being convicted on several counts of historic child sexual abuse that occurred during the 1990s. In his summing up statement, Judge Andrew Lockhart QC described the case as “grave offending against boys, some of whom were very young – I have come to a view that all were damaged by their experience.”
Stuart Hall
Charged with raping a 22-year-old woman in 1976 and indecently assaulting ten more girls, then aged from 9 to 17 years old, between 1967 and 1986 and pleaded guilty to 14 charges of indecent assault involving 13 girls aged between 9 and 17 years old in 2013 and sentenced to 15 months in prison, later increased to 30 months. In May 2014, Mr Justice Turner sentenced Mr Hall to a further two years and six months in prison, to run consecutively to the 30 months. The Dame Janet Smith Review found Mr Hall had assaulted 21 female victims at the BBC, the youngest of whom was aged 10, between 1967 and 1991. The report found that some BBC staff members were aware he was bringing underage girls into his dressing room for sex, but his “untouchable” celebrity status stopped them from passing complaints to senior management.
Chris Denning
Received a 13 year jail term in 2014 for a total to 40 sexual offences committed from 1967 to 1987 relating to 26 male victims, the youngest of whom was nine years old. In 2016, Denning was given a further 13 years sentence after pleaded guilty to 21 sex offences against 11 boys between 1969 and 1986, the youngest of whom was aged eight. Died in custody in 2022.
Jonathan King
Convicted, after a two-week trial at the Old Bailey, on four counts of indecent assault, one of buggery and one of attempted buggery, committed between 1983 and 1987 against five boys aged 14 and 15.
Mark Page
Jailed for arranging sexual abuse of children in the Philippines, both online and in person.
Ben Thomas
Pleaded guilty to 40 offences over 30 years, mainly against teenage boys and jailed for 10 years and four months in 2020.
Chris Langham
Found guilty of downloading 15 child sexual abuse images and videos and sentenced to ten months in prison and placed on the sex offender’s list for ten years.

The above are just a handful of the 40+ cases we have found so far Mr Davie and these are just what is publicly known. It is abundantly clear that the BBC has a long proven track record for harbouring and enabling sexual predators and paedophiles. Author Andrew O’Hagan for his essay ‘Light Entertainment’ said of the BBC as far back as the 1950’s that, “Broadcasting House was well stocked with men interested in sleeping with young boys. It was a milieu back then. And people who sought to be sexual predators knew that. It wasn’t spoken about”.
Mr Davie, how does an organisation like the BBC with the kinds of people it has employed and the people it has worked to support to knowingly propagate their lies (thinking it would be an easy hit) manage to claim it is acting in the ‘public interest’ when it is palpably evident that it is doing exactly the opposite? Does the BBC’s hubris know no bounds?
We will see what the court of public opinion thinks of this and more while we pray that you, Ms Nye and all those involved in this obvious and abominable injustice come to realise the futility of refusing to accept and repent for your evil.

How come these employees of the BBC can get away with this and yet the British public is paying their wages through the TV licence? To watch what? To what these foul people place a veil of lies and performing as “good people”.
Tim Davie, must reform this institution and hold these people accountable but also seek the evil within his institution… It makes me wonder what are you covering up Mr Davie!

It’s an abomination that an organisation like the BBC persecuted a small and innocent fraternity like Lighthouse, falsely label us a cult, spread malicious lies about us all, (which we have factual evidence to prove otherwise), yet hide and cover up proven paedophiles behind their own doors. The truth will and is coming out, you can’t kill The Truth. They can try and mask it as much as they like by spreading more malicious lies, but The Truth is still The Truth. I pray for them 🙏
Tim Davie has one of if not the most insidious and deeply evil institutions, the world has ever seen. The track record says it all and their covering up of crimes, in itself alone, is heinous.
You look at the venom they came from those who choose to attack and hate us, and it is no wonder those characters, were embraced and welcomed by the BBC.
Righteousness and justice will prevail, you cannot silence and you cannot ignore God and what He will do for His people who have been wronged.

The BBC has been mired in lies and deceit for decades, consistently covering up abuses and exerting coercive control by many within the organisation. It’s clear that there is a deeply ingrained cultural problem, and the public is increasingly fed up with their manipulative tactics.
What’s truly alarming is that the situation appears to be worsening, not improving. Without genuine reform, the BBC risks having no future at all.
Producers, driven by career progression, are creating programmes filled with misinformation that can devastate the lives of innocent people. Real and deep change is urgently needed!
This is shocking when it’s laid out on paper – 0 zero police or criminal proceedings toward Lighthouse vs 3 the accusers have court orders against them to cease and deceased their slanderous attacks against their family members in Lighthouse. I think that says it all. Hmmm…something doesn’t add up BBC, do you see? In the light of day, your so-called documentary doesn’t add up, LIG and Paul Waugh are such criminals, pilfering and stealing funds from people with the many thousands of pages of transcripts of our call wouldn’t you be able to bring us to court? Truth is incontrovertible, the BBC monstrosity of documentary will not wear well and will be revealed to the world for what it really is, woke agenda-filled propaganda, a narrative to tarnish what is good and healthy, your evil will not prevail.
The lies and the deception of the BBC knows no bounds, it is truly sickening reading of all of the paedophiles and the environment that the BBC have either enabled or just allowed without any real justice or reformation. It is shame on them and the truth will come out imminently and inextricably. We pray for their repentance as we do in our own lives.

Because of the way The BBC is financed – through the legal extortion of people with a licence fee tax – they have no one to hold them accountable other than their own, obviously minimal, conscience.
It will only be through great repentance, justice, compensation and reform that The BBC will able to survive.
